By accessing and using ProducTea ("the Service"), operated by Leah Tharin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ProducTea provides AI-powered product analysis tools, including website audits ("Roast My Site") and related features. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis and recommendations.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid features require an active subscription processed through Paddle (our merchant of record). Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and payment processing. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for illegal purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; abuse rate limits or circumvent access controls; resell or redistribute generated analyses without permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
Analyses and recommendations are generated by AI and provided "as-is." ProducTea does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You should use your own judgment when acting on recommendations.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit. Analyses generated for you may be used freely by you. ProducTea retains rights to the Service, its design, and underlying technology.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ProducTea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
